States ranked 1-6 for the indicator are shown in blue, those ranked 7-12 in light green and those ranked 13-18 in light brown. These are Kerala and Lakshadweep; West Bengal and Andaman & Nicobar Islands; Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh; Assam, Mizoram, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh; Maharashtra, Goa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu; Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

IJR 2: 1. Due to bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana courts from January 2019, Q4 data of 2018-19 has been used for them.
